Please look at some examples of my traditional alcove units. These comprise of cabinets below with framed traditional shelves above, shelves usually being fixed and not adjustable.
Cabinets are usually 83cm high and 50 cm deep, the internals usually being fully carcassed with one removable/adjustable shelf. Doors are 32mm solid tulipwood (Poplar), inset/inframe and hung on traditional butt hinges. Doors are not mdf framed or overlay on kitchen hinges.
Choice of mouldings in door panels. Also option of twin vertical panels per door, especially on alcoves of 115-130cm.
